A bold choice of captain helped Adam Bell to the Manager of the Week nod for Gameweek 2.
Connor Goldson's goal and clean sheet against St Mirren gave him an impressive tally - and that was before inclusion in the SPFL Team of the Week. As Adam's captain he earned 26 points.
Adam caught a bit of a break with Richard Tait. The Motherwell full back was on the pitch for over 60 minutes but substituted before Hamilton's winner, earning him clean sheet points.
Zdenek Zlámal played all 90 minutes in Hearts' stunning 1-0 home win over Celtic and bagged a clean sheet. Elsewhere in defence, Efe Ambrose and Genséric Kusunga scored two points apiece as their sides conceded one.
Northern Ireland wingers Niall McGinn and Jordan Jones were involved in clean sheet results for Aberdeen and Kilmarnock respectively, earning an extra point to their appearance total. It was just a single point for Ryan Flynn of St Mirren as he played just over 20 minutes in their Ibrox loss. Scott Brown earned just two points in Celtic's defeat.
Livingston player-manager Kenny Miller couldn't find the net in their goalless home draw with Kilmarnock, but Tony Watt did. Kind of. His effort took a huge deflection but despite calls for an own goal we've awarded it to the St Johnstone striker!
Well done Adam for your 57 points!
